Saphenion®: Mikroschaumverödung für Krampfaderästhetik – Der Mikroschaum zur Behandlung von Krampfadern ist seit 1938 bekannt, er hat sich in den 90er Jahren als feste Therapie von Krampfadern und Besenreisern etabliert. Das Behandlungsmanagement des Krampfaderleidens wurde eindeutig erleichtert und die Therapie wurde schonender. Seit 2010 hat sich neben dem Mikroschaum eine Variante entwickelt, die heute eine breite Indikation der Mikroschaumtherapie abbildet – der Klebende Mikroschaum.

Saphenion®: Venenkleber zur Therapie der Krampfaderthrombose? Die Thrombose im Bereich der oberflächlichen Stammvenen und Hautvenen (Oberflächliche Venenthrombose – OVT; Thrombophlebitis) ist keine seltene Komplikation, Sie bedarf einer medikamentösen oder auch operativen Therapie, wenn die Thrombose in Richtung tiefe Venen wächst. Diese Situation ist insbesondere bei Thrombosen der Vena saphena magna und Vena saphena parva sowie anderer Stammvenen eklatant und führt in ca. 20% der Fälle auch zur Thrombose der tiefen Venen.

Das Crossenrezidiv war über viele Jahrzehnte bezüglich Ätiologie und Pathogenese ein Rezidiv nach konventioneller radikalchirurgischer Therapie (Herausziehen der Krampfader) nach Crossektomie mit meist simultan durchgeführter Stripping – Operation der Vena saphena magna (VSM) oder der Vena saphena parva (VSP). Mit der Etablierung alternativer thermischer und nicht – thermischer Therapieverfahren ist die Entstehung des Rezidivs, als auch Therapie des Rezidivs nicht mehr ausschließlich konventionell – chirurgisch, sondern entsprechend auch thermisch und nicht – thermisch möglich.

Saphenion®: Vacuum – Kompression nach Krampfadertherapie – Unsere Erfahrungen nach Venenkleber und Mikroschaum
Diesen neuen therapeutischen Ablauf haben wir vor 10 Jahren in der Rostocker Praxis begonnen. Bis heute haben wir 659 Patienten mit postoperativer Kompressions – Massage und ab 2020 bei 674 Patienten mit der Vacuum – Kompression nach Verklebung der Stammkrampfadern und nach Mikroschaumtherapie während der postoperativen Nachsorge behandelt. Vom Erfolg der Therapie waren wir sehr überrascht!

We started using this new therapeutic procedure 10 years ago in our Rostock practice. To date, we have treated 659 patients with postoperative compression massage and, as of 2020, 674 patients with vacuum compression after gluing the trunk varicose veins and after microfoam therapy during postoperative follow-up care. We were very surprised by the success of the therapy!

Saphenion®: Thromboserisiko bei Auto-/ Motorradfahrt – Die venöse Thromboembolie (Beinvenenthrombose und Lungenembolie) ist therapeutisch ein grosses Problem des Gesundheitswesens. Man geht von 400 Fällen je 100000 Personen aus (0,4% der Gesamtbevölkerung), die möglichen Komplikationen sind schwer (Thrombose der Bein/Beckenvenen mit Folge eines postthrombotischen Syndroms) oder lebensbedrohlich (Lungenembolie mit Todesfolge). Nach der Corona – Zeit ist ein Rückgang der Flugpassagiere zu verzeichnen. Die Fahrt mit dem eigenen Auto / Motorrad oder Bus wurde häufiger.
