Saphenion® Rostock – Hospitation center for vein glue: On January 26, 2023, Medtronic and Saphenion® Rostock signed an agreement on clinical and scientific cooperation in the field of endovenous non-thermal catheter therapy of varicose veins, in particular with regard to the vein glue „VenaSeal“. This agreement regulates both the possibility for interested colleagues to observe VenaSeal® interventions in our Rostock practice and the scientific exchange between colleagues.

The observations will be possible on agreed dates up to four times a year. The initial registration can be made with Dr. Zierau as well as with Medtronic. We will organize a day of observation in our practice, during which 2 – 3 VenaSeal® interventions can be performed, undisturbed by normal practice operations.
