Saphenion®: Thromboserisiko bei Auto-/ Motorradfahrt – Die venöse Thromboembolie (Beinvenenthrombose und Lungenembolie) ist therapeutisch ein grosses Problem des Gesundheitswesens. Man geht von 400 Fällen je 100000 Personen aus (0,4% der Gesamtbevölkerung), die möglichen Komplikationen sind schwer (Thrombose der Bein/Beckenvenen mit Folge eines postthrombotischen Syndroms) oder lebensbedrohlich (Lungenembolie mit Todesfolge). Nach der Corona – Zeit ist ein Rückgang der Flugpassagiere zu verzeichnen. Die Fahrt mit dem eigenen Auto / Motorrad oder Bus wurde häufiger.

Sie dient der Schmerzlinderung, der post interventionellen Schwellung und Ödembildung, der Kompression von Blutergüssen und Wundhöhlen (nach Stripping – Op). Insgesamt also eine Maßnahme, die auf eine für den Patienten komplikationsärmere Erholungsphase (Rekonvaleszenz) hinarbeiten möchte.

It serves to relieve pain, reduce post-procedural swelling and edema formation, and compress bruises and wound cavities (after stripping surgery). Overall, it is a measure that aims to ensure a recovery phase (convalescence) with fewer complications for the patient.

Saphenion®: Krampfadertherapie bei Jugendlichen – Die Neigung zu Krampfadern ist bei über 90% unserer Patienten bereits angeboren. Es ist also nicht die defekte Venenklappe, die die Vene zur Krampfader werden lässt, es ist die defekte Venenwand, die zur Aufdehnung der Hautvenen und damit früher oder später zur defekten Venenklappe und damit zur Entstehung der Krampfadern führt. Dabei sind auch Jugendliche bereits in einigem Umfang betroffen.

Saphenion® Rostock: Therapiegarantie für Venenkleber – Für den Fall eines Therapieversagens bei der Therapie mit kathetergestützten endovenösen minimalinvasiven Therapieverfahren hat das jetzige Saphenion® Gefäßzentrum Rostock als erste Venenfachpraxis bereits 2010 eine Garantiecard für den effektiven Verschluss von Stammkrampfadern eingeführt. Im Falle einer Rekanalisation muss der Patient die Sachkosten für den Katheter nicht noch einmal bezahlen. Dies übernimmt die Praxis.

Vein glue guarantee in case of recanalization of treated varicose veins: Saphenion was the first vein care center worldwide to give all even-payer patients a 3-year guarantee for all endovenous treatments with radio frequency since 2010.
