Autoimmun induzierte Hautbefunde nach COVID-19-Impfung umfassen die Vaskulitis, Lupus erythematodes und Immunthrombozytopenie. Funktionelle Angiopathien (Frostbeulen-ähnliche Läsionen, Gefäßerweiterungen an Händen und Füssen) können ebenfalls beobachtet werden. Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass es zahlreiche Reaktionsmuster auf der Haut gibt, die nach einer COVID-19-Impfung auftreten können, wobei viele dieser Hautbefunde immunologischer / autoimmunologischer Natur sind.

Saphenion®: Berlin a center for vascular surgery – The beginning: The development of vascular surgery on a scientific basis only began in the last third of the 19th. century. It is true that the Greeks, Romans, and Arabia as well as at the time of the European Renaissance carried out experiments on the „blood-carrying tubes of the human being“ and described some therapeutic procedures for hemostasis and removal of dilated veins.
Berlin surgeons made a major contribution to the formation and development of vascular surgery – particularly to the treatment of varicose veins. At the beginning of the 20th century, the city of Berlin began to develop into a center for the new field of „vascular surgery“.

Saphenion®: Krampfadertherapie nach Covid-19 Infektion/Impfung – Wie sehen unsere aktuellen Erfahrungen aus? Wir hatten im September 2021 in einer News und einem Video auf unsere Erfahrungen bei der Krampfadertherapie mit VenaSeal® Venenkleber und Mikroschaum nach zuvor stattgehabter 2. Covid-19 Impfung hingewiesen. Anlass waren vermehrte Nebenwirkungen, die wir ab August 2021 (nach dem Sommerurlaub) im Verlauf der Therapie sehen mussten. Hier muß berücksichtigt werden, daß ein Großteil unserer Patienten bis Mitte Juli eine zweite Biontec-oder Moderna-Impfung erhalten hatte.
Auffällig waren, wie beschrieben, ungewöhnlich häufige Fremdkörperreaktionen nach dem Venenkleber und auch häufige Hautvenenthrombosen und – Entzündungen nach der Mikroschaumtherapie.

Welche Auswirkungen hat eine Covid-Impfung mit mRNA-Impfstoffen auf das Immunsystem und dann auch auf Gefäße. Diese Frage stellt sich uns und unseren Kollegen seit 10 Monaten immer wieder und wurde auf unserer Website auch schon intensiv duskutiert. Nunmehr ergibt sich erneut eine fragile Situation, da weitere Impfungen, sog. Booster-Impfungen, deren notwendige Anzahl zwischen 2 und 8 Impfungen variieren, empfohlen werden und dann auch gesetzlich vorgeschrieben werden sollen.

Saphenion- Covid-19 Impfung und Beinvenenthrombose? Ist dies ein reales Szenario in der klinischen Medizin? Wir denken, daß es einzelne Fälle gegeben hat, bei denen eine Risikokonstellation und Vorerkrankungen an den Beinvenen (stattgehabte Beinvenenthrombose, Gerinnungsstörungen, Krampfadern) tatsächlich auch bei Impfungen mit einem Covid-19 – Impfstoff zu einer Beinvenenthrombose führen können.

We think that there have been individual cases in which a risk constellation and previous diseases of the leg veins (previous leg vein thrombosis, coagulation disorders, varicose veins) can actually lead to leg vein thrombosis even with vaccinations with a Covid-19 vaccine.

Wir wollten eine erste deutsche MulticenterStudie zur Krampfadertherapie mit dem Venenkleber „VenaSeal®“ erstellen. Mit der Erfahrung von über 8 Jahren Anwendung, mit 2988 therapierten Patienten und 5333 Stammkrampfadern als Grundlage unserer Erfahrungen.
